Net revenue retention (NRR)

What a group of existing customers pays this year, divided by what the same customers paid a year earlier. Above 100% means they spend more overall, even after some of them leave or cut back.

Simple example

Last year a group of customers paid $100. This year the same group pays $110: some bought more (+$15), while others cut back or left (−$5). Net revenue retention is 110%.
