1. Who is responsible

2. In short

This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking tools. To count visits, it uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and without storing anything on your device (see section 4). Fonts are served from our own server. Videos are linked, not embedded. We only process personal data when you visit a page (server log files and web analytics) and when you email us.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by: Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus.

When you open a page, the server automatically records information your browser sends: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring URL, browser type and version, and operating system. This data is not combined with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is running the website securely and reliably. The log files are kept for: only as long as needed for these purposes; our host deletes them automatically after a short period.

We have a data processing agreement with the hosting provider under Art. 28 GDPR.

4. Web analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics)

To understand how many people visit this website, which pages they read and where they come from, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open a page, a small script sends Cloudflare technical information about the visit: the page address, the referring page, browser and device type, the country derived from your IP address, and page load times. Cloudflare Web Analytics sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not create profiles of individual visitors; we only see aggregated statistics.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is understanding, in aggregated form, how the website is used so we can improve it. Cloudflare may process data in the USA. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, on which an adequacy decision of the European Commission is based (Art. 45 GDPR), and also uses the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. You can prevent the analytics script from running with common content blockers. More information: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

5. Encryption

For security, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can tell the connection is encrypted by the "https://" in your browser's address bar.

6. Contacting us by email

If you email us, we process the details you send in order to answer you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering your message), or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your message is about entering into a contract, for example a sponsorship. We delete the data once your request has been dealt with, unless we are legally required to keep it.

7. Links to other websites

This website contains links, for example to YouTube and to the EDGAR database of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. You only leave our website when you click such a link; from then on, that provider's privacy policy applies. No data is sent to these providers before you click.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21).
